An Embodied Approach to Trauma

An Embodied Approach to Working with Trauma is a day-long CPD workshop with Brendan McKiernan, held at Clayton Hotel Silver Springs, Cork. Designed for counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, social workers, family therapists and other clinicians, the workshop explores why trauma often lies beyond the reach of talk-based therapy, and introduces the foundational skills needed to help clients regulate their nervous systems. The day combines theory, live demonstration and guided experiential practice, grounded in the latest neurobiology. CPD points available, approved by IACP.
