This 7 week course starts on Tuesday 3rd November from 7.30pm-8.15pm in St. Gabriel’s Hydrotherapy Pool, Dooradoyle, Limerick.
It is suitable for people 20+ weeks gestation. If you are not 20 weeks at the start of the course but would like to join when you are let me know as spaces can become available throughout.
Aqua Yoga for Pregnancy is a safe gentle way to find relief and comfort during pregnancy. It can improve sleep, reduce pain and help with relaxation.
