I provide mindful, creative groups, workshops and camps for kids, teens and adults in Midleton, Co. Cork. I also have a range of online therapeutic creative courses, featuring meditation, art journaling, journal prompts and more.

I believe in the empowering, therapeutic, supportive and relaxing benefits of process driven art, along with creative visualisations and, of course, coming together in community.
