Tracksical is a group of string players that brings live music to people with intellectual disabilities across Cork, in educational, residential and day services settings.

We play popular, well-known music for a fun, mood-lifting experience that’s about a connection through music rather than formal performance.

Who can join:

• Violin and cello players
• Good sight-reading ability
• Reliable

How it works: There’s no fixed schedule, gigs are arranged as they come up, and players are notified by WhatsApp as each new date is announced. You then opt in for whichever dates suit you, no pressure to be available every time.

A €30 annual fee gives you a place in the players pool, keeping you in the loop for every gig throughout the year.
