Chill Yoga by Sophie classes aim to give students a space to connect with themselves. As a teacher, Sophie has been inspired by beautiful vinyasa flows, as well as the necessity to slow down and balance effort and ease through her love of restorative and yin yoga.

From these classes, you can expect a warm and invitational approach making the flow somewhat chill with options to spice up the practice as you like. As an advanced coach with neuroscience, you can also expect questions for self reflection and themes that explore self belief, kindness, self trust and self care.
